MONEY BACK WARRANTY:
All equipment comes with a 14 day money back warranty and their respective manufacturer warranty. There will be no returns on ANY merchandise after 14 days, only repairs or exchanges.
HOT DEALS:
All "Hot Deals" are brand new, overstock equipment for clearance; prices are subject to availability of overstock inventory and do not apply to regular inventory on any section of the store other than "Hot Deals" area. Limited quantities available. All "Hot Deals" sales are final so please make your selection carefully.
RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) POLICY
To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met:
No credit/returns will be made on any opened software packages, "Hot Deals" items or special order items.
An RMA# must be issued for any and all returns of merchandise. Any returned items not accompanied by an RMA# will be refused delivery by our receiving department and returned to the sender.
After an RMA # has been issued, all merchandise must be received within 15 days of date issued.
For all returns for credit, DRI Systems must receive all merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of original invoice will be treated as a return for repair or exchange and no credit will be issued.
All packages must be sent to DRI Systems double boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice and an RMA number displayed on the outer box (Do not mark original Packaging).
All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in resaleable condition and include all parts, accessories and/or manuals.
Merchandise returned which is tested functional and without defect will be subject to a processing fee of up-to 20% of the product price.
Shipping cost will not be reimbursed
